I appreciated the hotel's location near the lake. The adult-only hot spring pool offered relaxation. The breakfast buffet had varied choices and tasted good.
The hotel's decor seemed outdated and showed wear and tear.

The staff offered an upgrade to a room facing the lake upon check-in, a very nice gesture to enhance my stay and allow me to admire the landscape from a privileged spot.

The hotel overlooked the lake and was near many restaurants and shops, so it was possible to walk around and explore diverse gastronomical options and buy local products without needing transportation.

Relaxing Stay with Great Amenities

The hotel was clean. The pools had hot water. A fridge was in my room. Parking was free. I enjoyed the hot pools. They were relaxing (I really needed that). The Christmas decorations. Food at the Copper Room was delicious. Music and dancing happened there. The location provides lovely views. The walk along the lake was a treat.
The sliding door screen didn't work.

Wonderful Stay with Great Services

My room had mountain views and included a king bed. The room had a mini fridge, convenient for storing drinks. Staff promptly delivered extra robes, I requested them for my family. The pools offered varied temperatures. This added to a relaxing experience.

I FOUND that the staff responded quickly to requests, such as bringing extra robes in a timely manner. Communication from the front desk was clear, providing important information about amenities. IT was helpful to have responsive service .

The hotel resumed its afternoon tea service . The breakfast buffet offered a satisfactory range of options, THOUGH it can be substandard. A nearby restaurant, Base Camp, provides a great alternative for breakfast, I recommend it.
