5.8/10

My recent stay at the hotel was quite underwhelming given the price I paid. While the pools were a highlight and provided great relaxation, the rooms felt outdated and overcrowded with noise. Service at times felt uninterested, and the room's lack of functionality left much to be desired. Overall, it's a mixed experience that I would hesitate to recommend without some improvements.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were clean but reminded me of a school dorm, lacking modern amenities and space. They came with a beautiful lake view, but the ambiance was marred by noise from the pool area.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent; some staff were kind, like the luggage handlers, yet others at the reception and restaurant seemed bothered by my presence.
Location
7.0
The hotel is located in a picturesque area, but the noise level from the pool took away from the tranquil experience one might expect.
Dining
5.0
Dining was hit or miss; breakfast was decent, but the evening meal at the lakeside restaurant was disappointing both in quality and service.
Facilities
6.0
The pools were the standout feature, but the hotel itself felt tired and in need of refurbishment, and cleanliness was lacking in common areas.

My stay at this resort had its ups and downs. The festive decorations and the beautiful view of Harrison Lake were a delightful surprise. However, we encountered cleanliness issues in the first room that left us disappointed. The dining options were enjoyable, but some service aspects could have been better timed. Overall, it was a unique experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.

6.4/10

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The views were great, and the pools were nice, which I appreciated. However, the elevators were out of order and there were cleanliness issues that really detracted from my stay. For the price, I expected better maintenance and services overall.

Rooms
6.0
Our King room in the East building had a lovely view from the balcony, but it felt outdated and the noisy fan made it uncomfortable at times.
Service
5.0
I found the service quality varied; while the restaurant staff were excellent, overall management seemed lacking as many facilities were out of order.
Location
9.0
The location of the resort was fantastic, right by the lake and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It felt relaxing and tranquil.
Dining
7.0
Dinner at the Copper Room was nice with good food and a pleasant atmosphere, though it was quite pricey for what was offered.
Facilities

The pools were clean and enjoyable, but there were significant issues with cleanliness in the locker rooms and the indoor pool area.

7.2/10

I was quite disappointed with my stay due to the unclear policies regarding children staying in the family room. We ended up being charged extra for my daughters' breakfasts, which was frustrating and poorly communicated at check-in. On a brighter note, the views from the lakefront rooms were spectacular, and the hot pools were a highlight of my visit. However, I cannot overlook the issues with customer service and the added costs.

Rooms
7.0
The views from the lakefront rooms are truly spectacular and made my stay feel special, but the family room policies regarding open space for hanging towels and providing utensils were disappointing.
Service
5.0
Service was inconsistent; while some staff were accommodating, the front desk experience was frustrating and lacked resolution regarding billing issues.
Location
9.0
The hotel is located conveniently near shopping and nature activities, making it easy to explore local attractions.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was not worth the price charged, and I felt misled by the initial voucher, which made the experience frustrating instead of enjoyable.
Facilities
8.0
The hot pools were a wonderful feature, providing relaxation even in freezing temperatures, but the lack of basic amenities in the room was a letdown.

We enjoyed our stay here but faced some challenges due to the heat and the noise from kids around the pools. The staff were very attentive and helpful, which made our experience better. However, the lack of air conditioning in the old building is a major issue during the summer, and the pools can feel overcrowded and loud. Overall, there are both great amenities and notable inconveniences that should be considered before booking.

Rooms
5.0
We stayed in the oldest part of the hotel, which was adequately maintained but lacked air conditioning. The heat was unbearable at times, especially on the upper floors.
Service
9.0
The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs, especially during our stay when they provided useful tips and assistance.
Location
7.0
The resort is set in a beautiful location with lovely views, but it can get quite loud and crowded due to families and children using the pool facilities.
Dining
8.0
We enjoyed the dining experience overall, with enjoyable music at one restaurant, although it can get crowded.
Facilities
6.0
The resort offers a variety of pools but management seems to struggles with noise control, especially in areas designated for quiet.
